To the family of Dale, we share in your loss! I had the pleasure of working with Dale at Synergy Credit Union twice, when he helped our Branch as we were without a manager and then again as our Branch Manager in 2014. He had a great sense of humour and an infectious grin and always guided us in the right direction.
May you find comfort in knowing that your loved one will always be with you…and the memories you shared will forever be a part of your lives.

My sincere condolences to Dale’s family. I was a fellow Branch Manager with Dale for many years. I admired his work ethics, passion for his staff, membership and community. Quick with a joke or a good story he was a pleasure to be around. Dale will be missed. Rest In Peace my friend.

Dear Susan, Brandyn, Mrs. Dielschneider and family. Please count me as another former co-worker, friend and fan of Dale's. I too was fortunate to work with Dale and enjoyed his light hearted sense of humor, usual smile, and of course, his unique laugh that was contagious to us. He was a fun guy to work with and always found to be dependable to help members and staff as opportunities came around. Please accept my deepest condolences and wishes that your many fond memories of Dale will help you through now and in the future.

We got to know our cousin , Dale , from the Dielschneider reunions. We shared a toast and a joke sitting around a table loaded with food and drinks. Then the big C had to grab hold .After a good fight,Dale knew he had to rest leaving his Mom , sisters and a zillion relatives and friends to mourn .We are so sorry for your heartache......KATIE'S KIDS

My sincere condolences to Aunt Sheri and all the family. I haven’t seen Dale since he was a young boy , however I have recently lost a couple of friends to cancer at a young age just like Dale. It’s harder for the family and all of us left behind... Dale’s at peace now and no longer in pain. Thoughts and prayers to all of you now. RIP now Dale!

I'm so sorry to hear of Dale's passing; cancer is such a hard fought battle - I'm sure he's at peace with no pain now. I enjoyed Dale's visits to the Neilburg Branch of Synergy(Lloydminster) CU. He was always upbeat and ready with a quick and smart remark. He was baffled to know I was a Habs fan - and he surely was not!! I'm sure great memories will help the family through this sad time.

Sincere condolences to Dale’s family, friends and all who knew him. Like many who have posted here I too had the privilege of working with Dale at the CU in Lloydminster. He was a great person to work with and added much to the flavour of our workplace for sure. Dale was personable, approachable and always willing to help out. It’s not surprising to hear about all his many stops along the way that he was a valued member of his workplace and the communities where he lived. Dale was an avid sports guy and there were many times at coffee that we discussed the Riders and winter time it was hockey and his beloved Buffalo Sabres. Dale had this incredible sense of humour….and that LAUGH…..oh that laugh, I can still hear it now. Going to work with him around definitely made the day more tolerable. He will be missed. For everyone who knew Dale…Cherish your memories.
Rest In Peace Buddy….K

Dale was truly one of a kind, so many fond memories of working with Dale at Synergy (Lloydminster) CU. There were many a Saturday morning that Dale and I worked the loan department and we had so many laughs and his guidance/mentorship was always appreciated. The LCU crew was one of the best working environments that I was in and Dale was one of those pieces that created that environment. My loving thoughts to Susan, Brandon and Dale’s family.
