Obituary of David Smith

David Arthur Smith passed away at Loon Lake Health Centre & Special Care Home, Loon Lake, Saskatchewan, October 1, 2021 at the age of 68 years.

David is survived by: his loving wife, Valerie Smith; two children, Dustin (Stephanie) Smith and Kyle Smith; five grandchildren, Elayciah, Jaryk, Thyker, Cyelle and Thoryn; sisters, Donna (Izador) Szydlowski and Darlene Baranosky; brothers, Rick (Loreen) Smith and Randy (Nicole) Smith; special friends, Jim and Sherry Stevenson; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended families.

David is predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Florence Smith.

The Memorial Service for David will be conducted from McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM.
