We will miss her at coffee… she was caring and cheerful and always had a thing or two to say about her children or grandchildren or great grandchildren. She adored them. She will be missed but you will always have the wonderful memories you made.

If you were treated at the Maidstone hospital in the 1970s, 1980s, or 1990s, you may have been cared for by this
amazing lady. This photo is one of my favorites. The smile says it all! She was hard working, caring, and always brought out the best in her co-workers. Patients loved her because she brought motherly love to all in need.

As a patient in Maidstone hospital when I had my babies I had the honor to be cared for by Shirley. She was with me the evening I had my twins. She was an amazing nurse, so caring & had a wonderful smile that just made your day. Condolences to her family.
