Obituary of George Hastings

George Charles Hastings passed away at Lloydminster Continuing Care Centre, Lloydminster, Alberta, October 28, 2021 at the age of 96 years.

 

George is survived by: four children, Ken (Ann) Hastings of Surrey, Doug (Leona) Hastings of Invermere, Iris (Bryon) Davis of Lloydminster and Millie (Richard) Benoit of Calgary; nine grandchildren, Laura Hastings, Riley and Angela Hastings, Matthew, Adam and Scott (Kaycee) Davis, Megan, Nicole and Cameron Benoit; three great grandchildren, Blake, Sophia and Jesse; and countless neighbors and good friends.

 

George is predeceased by: his wife, Thelma Hastings; daughter, Agnes Hastings; parents, Wylie and Annie Hastings; and brothers, Roy and Keith Hastings.

 

At this time, a private family Graveside Service for George will be held. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at a later date.
