Cecil is survived by his loving wife Sylvia; two sons Graham and Judy Wilcox, Ian and Mary Ann Wilcox; four grandchildren: Emma, Helen, Clare and Andrew;
two brothers Tom and Georgia Wilcox, Mick Wilcox; two sisters Maisie and Elvina; as well as numerous other relatives.
Donations in memory of Cecil may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Diabetic Association.
