Gloria, Shelene and all Al’s family. What a special guy! Our good friend “Ally Cat Too” - he’d break out that mischievous laugh when we’d call him that. Pat remembers a few trips he and Al shared to Saskatoon, they talked and laughed all they way there and back, so much so that Pat’s jaw would be sore by days end. Many coffees together at the local watering holes here in Maidstone, again, always much laughter. He really enjoyed his life! We had an understanding, Al and me, he would bring fresh fish and rhubarb and I would be happy to take care of any mending he needed - a pretty good deal, I thought. It was Pat’s honour to spend quality time with him in his final days, playing cribbage and talking about life. He left Pat and me some very special memories that will always bring a smile to our hearts. Rest easy, Ally Cat Too. Our most sincere condolences to all of you. Pat and Maureen Paron.
