I distinctly remember the day Owen brought a deer shed to class (grade six). The smile that he had on his face when presenting it to me... That antler still sits on my living room table today.

My heart aches for your family. Owen had the kindest soul and knew how to light up the room. He would always come to school with such a positive attitude and it would rub off on others. He truly had a heart of gold and I will miss seeing him around. I will never forget the days he’d spend telling me about his hunting trips and how hunting works, or the countless jokes he would make.
