Norbert Leo Koch passed away at Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, August 26, 2022 at the age of 89 years.
Norbert was born April 24, 1933 to Joseph and Angela Koch of Marsden, Saskatchewan.
Norbert is survived by: his children,
- Victor (Diane) Koch of Marsden, Saskatchewan
- Joseph (Gail) Koch of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
- Orlando (Sharon) Koch of Neilburg, Saskatchewan
- Bernadette (Ian) Poppleton of Neilburg, Saskatchewan
- Aaron (Jill) Koch of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
- Michael (May) Koch of Calgary, Alberta
- 17 grandchildren
- 23 great grandchildren
- sister-in-law, Margaret (Robert) Moeller of Campbell River, British Columbia
Norbert is predeceased by: his wife, Clara Koch; great granddaughter, Gracie Germaine; great grandson, Roman Germaine; his parents; siblings, Frank Koch, Mary D’Arcy, Bertha Klinger, Helen Weiszhaar, Dorothy King, Teresa Toevs and their spouses; and sister-in-law, Beate Koller and her spouse.
A Prayer Service for Norbert will be conducted from McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 7:00 PM.
The Mass of Christian Burial for Norbert will be conducted from St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 1:00 PM. If you are unable to attend, the service will be live streamed and posted on McCaw's website under Norbert's obituary at the time of service.
Donations in memory of Norbert may be made to Roman Catholic Church (Marsden), RM of Manitou - Wycollar Cemetery or donor's charity of choice.
