Dear Brenda and family, My sincere condolences on the passing of Fred, one of the good guys for sure. Fred was always happy to share a smile and ' how are you !". My memory of Fred and the Hill farm was when my boys were about 7 + 9 years old. We decided to buy a milk cow for our family, the kids and I never had a clue how to milk a cow but we found ourselves at the Hill farm and buying a lovely cow we renamed from Bambi to Cow Patty. We got her home and thought she would calve in the next few weeks, but the very next morning she had a calf we called TBone.
Brenda, we will always think of Fred as a kind friendly man. Take care and hugs. Shirley & Bruce Vick

Fred was so wonderful as a neighbor to my mom and dad. Taking them on the Twinkle tour; bringing the newspaper for dad; visiting with dad, full well knowing that dad probably wouldn’t remember the conversation, but continuing to do so just the same; and always watching out for mom and dad, making sure they were ok and assisting them if they needed something. He was so wonderful, his kind and generous spirit will be greatly missed.
