Obituary of Jack Allen

Jack Reginald Allen passed away at Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre, Lloydminster, Alberta, September 10, 2022 at the age of 93 years.

Jack is survived by: his loving wife, Violet Allen; four children, Reginald (Janice) Allen, Kevin (Judy) Allen, Brenda (Clayton) Ryall and Janet Allen; grandchildren, Mathew (Nicole) Ryall, Eugene (Melanie) Allen, Dustin (Shari) Allen, Jeff (Jennifer) Allen, Brittany (Liam) Pollard, Sheena (Devon) Brown, Brad (Jamie) Allen, Hanna Carli, Trew Carli and Trey Carli; great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Ema, Elayna, Desiree, Ilah, Kaleb, Aubrey, Drey, Daxon, Sajie, Sophia, Charlie, Ella, Abbie and Bostyn; great-great grandchild, Beau; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Jack is predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Rhoda Allen; four brothers; four sisters; daughter-in-law, Mavis Allen; and parents-in-law, Frank and Alice Frost.

A Private Memorial Service for Jack will be held.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jack may be made to Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre.
