Pat will be sadly missed by her husband Glen of Lloydminster; two sons: Mike and Erin Blize of Lloydminster, Scott and Connie Blize of Lloydminster; daughter Lisa and Ryan Rosko of Lloydminster; five grandchildren: Logan, Brennan, Derian, Chelsea, Morgan; three sisters: Marilyn Johnstone of Lloydminster, Dorothy Johnstone and Ken Manson of Bonnyville, Kelly and Doug Swyripa; five brothers: Adam and Brenda Johnstone of Lloydminster, Gordon and Bonnie Johnstone of Waseca, Tom Johnstone and Sharon Jones of Lloydminster, Rob Johnstone and Ruby MacKay of Edmonton, Scott Johnstone and Elenor Harper of Lloydminster as well as numerous other relatives.
Donations in memory of Pat may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
