Obituary of Charlie Michalski

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles Peter Michalski on March 2, 2023 in San Jose, Costa Rica, at the age of 63 years.

Charlie leaves to mourn: his son, Chase; grandchildren, Phoenix, Easton and Wrenley; sister, Janice (Greg) Edwards; nieces, Amy Edwards (Logan), Alexis (Ryan) Heck, Pamela Minty (Doug) and Lysiane Bilodeau; nephew, Jason Minty; brother-in-law, Gary Minty; and seven great nieces and great nephews.

In Costa Rica he leaves to mourn: his wife, Karla; and son, Donovan.

Charlie is predeceased by: his parents, Adele and John Michalski; and sister, Christa Minty.

Charlie worked at Husky for over 40 years. His retirement years were cut short and for this we are very sad. Charlie enjoyed travelling to his home in Costa Rica, spending time at the cabin but most importantly was his time spent with his many friends.

A Celebration of Life for Charlie will be conducted from Rolling Greens Fairway and Golf Course, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM.
