Obituary of Dan Naistus

Daniel Naistus passed away at Meadow Lake Hospital, Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan on April 8, 2023 at the age of 85 years.

Daniel is survived by: his siblings, Bruce Naistus, Alma Poitras, Clarence Quinney and Duncan Quinney; children, Paul Naistus, Arlina Morningchild, Hervin Keith Morningchild and Tracy Morningchild; as well as numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Daniel was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Naistus and Mary Cecile Watchmaker; siblings, John Watchmaker, Mary Agnes, Allan Naistus, Alvina Chief, Agnes Naistus, Delma Poitras, Jimmy Quinney, Gordon Quinney, Alphonse Naistus and Donald Quinney; daughter, Mary Agnes Lewis; and grandchildren, Aaron Ochuschaoo, Adrian Morningchild and Blaire Carter.

The Wake in memory of Daniel will be held from Onion Lake Communiplex, Onion Lake, Saskatchewan on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 12:00 PM.

The Funeral Service in memory of Daniel will be conducted from Onion Lake Communiplex, Onion Lake, Saskatchewan on Saturday, April 15 at 11:00 AM.
