Carl Carter passed away in Onion Lake, AB on May 7, 2023 at the age of 38 years. 

Carl is survived by: his grandfather, Nelson Bernard; parents, Shirley Carter and Andrew Bernard; brothers, Andrew Jackson, Raymond Jackson and Justin Johnstone; children, Keezic Carter and Azurely Carter; as well as numerous aunt, uncles, nieces and nephews. 

Carl was predeceased by: his great grandparents, Walter Carter and Elise Whitstone Carter; grandfather, Francis Carter; grandmothers, Justine Opissinow Carter and Lena Bernard; sisters, Dorey Ann Crane and Lindsey Jackson; and brother, James Jackson. 

A Wake for Carl will be conducted at Onion Lake Communiplex, Onion Lake, Saskatchewan Saturday, May 13, 2023 at  11:00 AM.

The Funeral Service will be held at Onion Lake Communiplex, Onion Lake, Saskatchewan on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 12:00 PM.
