We are so saddened to hear of Sherry’s passing. We have so many memories of time spent together both at the rink watching our boys and outside of the rink sharing life and laughter. Sherry loved being at the rink watching her boys and could always be counted on for a good laugh and a beautiful smile.
Sherry’s love for life and her family will be missed by all that knew her.
Lorne, Reed and Jake, you are in our thoughts.

Lorne, Reed, and Jake,
We are shocked and saddened by Sherry’s passing.
We have so many wonderful memories of Sherry. Reed and Kyle went to school together since kindergarten and Jake and Coby became instant friends.
The boys had so many sleepovers at your house, and your boys at ours. We got to watch our children grow up through hockey and school sports. We shared many laughs in the stands. You were an amazing mother Sherry and your family was always your priority. You will be missed by so many.

Shocked and deeply saddened by this news. Sherry was full of life and laughter and she will be deeply missed. The first memory to come to mind of Sherry is the two of us with our four boys years ago golfing, having a blast. My stomach hurt from laughing so hard. Over the years at the rink and school, Sherri always had a bright smile and was ready to chat about family and life. She was always welcoming with conversation. My family’s deepest condolences go to Lorne, Reed, and Jake. ❤️ We hope memories of your extraordinary wife and Mom will serve as comfort through this difficult time. xo

To Sherry’s family,
I knew Sherry for a short time, however during that time one could not ask for a more enjoyable co worker to know. She was a team player, a valid asset and the kindest soul with a great sense of humour!!!
She talked so highly about her family always!!
May your smile and contagious laugh always continue on in all those who were so fortunate to know you!!!
Hugs to your family,

I am so sorry to hear this news about Sherry.
I can still hear her laugh - from way back in high school. We shared so many fun times in the hallways at Lloyd Comp, and at the ball parks in Lloyd, Lashburn, and beyond. She was always a bright, positive, beautiful light.
Holding you all in my heart.

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Sherry’s passing. My heart goes out to you Lorne, the boys, family and all her friends.
I met Sherry at work some 25+ years ago. We quickly became fast friends, and I nicknamed her “Miss Sherry”. Whether grabbing lunch or riding the train together we would chat and laugh. We would go to craft shops, trinket stores, spiritual fairs, courses etc. Sherry was all about the “Lion King” and at work I would come around the corner hearing her singing a tune from the Lion King. I held parties/events and Miss Sherry was there to encourage my creative side, help me with crafts and brainstorm on ideas.
The beautiful sunny day that Sherry & Lorne married she was a happy, beautiful, and joyous bride. She was thrilled shared the wonderful news that she was having each of her babies. A lifelong dream of becoming a mom!
The path of our journeys changed a bit when Lorne and Sherry moved Sherwood Park then Ardrossan. We stayed in touch and each time we chatted we picked up right where we left off.
When Sherry came to Arizona with me for my 50th birthday we shopped, laughed, and giggled the entire time. We drove to Sedona and the wonder and amazement in her eyes at seeing the Red Rock Mountains was simply priceless!
I learned so much from Miss Sherry. She taught me to laugh and giggle, to be joyous and happy, to be less serious and live life freely. She was a wonderful treasure of a friend and one of the kindest/greatest souls I had the pleasure of having in my life.
Sherry and I often said, “friends come and go…some for a reason, some for a season and some for lifetime”. Miss Sherry and I called each other “Soul Sisters” and knew our friendship was for a lifetime.
I am thankful for Sherry’s friendship and for sharing & teaching me life lessons. A part of my heart has broken with her passing. I will always hold the memories of our friendship in my heart. When I think of you will I smile and remember happy, joyous memories. I miss you my friend, my Soul Sister.
Forever and always and never to far away.
Big hugs, love you lots.
Miss Beverly (Bev and John Pears)

Oh Boy.
Sherry's passing sure leaves an empty spot in my heart. Loved our visits, loved her laughter and her sass, loved the sparkle in her eyes and her true desire to help those she cared for. She was so generous with her time and her knowledge. Sherry was my go-to person for so many things health and wellness related, but especially grounding. She always made me feel better when I was around her and her honesty was refreshing.
I will always cherish memories of our road trip to Calgary many years ago, staying up late talking about deep and meaningful real life stuff. Just like our coffees, teas and luncheons with friends, catching up on our families, our hubbies, our kids, our lives.
I miss her dearly already.
Hugs to you Reed and Jake.
Your mom was the epitome of a Mama Bear... she loved you boys deeply and fiercely, and was soooooo proud of you both!!!
Hugs to you Lorne as well, if there is anything you need, reach out.
Wishing you and the boys peace in your hearts, as you journey through life spotting butterflies and Sherry all around.
It was so nice to meet you Dorothy and Debbie. Wishing you and all of the family the same peace in your hearts. May you feel Sherry's presence everywhere you turn.
She is in a beautiful place, and we are lucky to be able to reach for her guidance as we move on.
Love you my friend, Love you.
Karen.
