Obituary of Verna Doolittle

Verna Mae Doolittle

age 97,

passed away on Saturday June 17, 2023 

Sidney All Care Residence.

Mom was born in North Battleford, Saskatchewan and raised in Maidstone, Saskatchewan, before moving to Victoria as an adult where she met and married dad. She loved gardening, garage sales, and worked for B.C. Tel. for many years.

After dad’s passing she raised 3 boys on her own. We’d also like to thank Sidney All Care and her doctor for all their wonderful care of mom while she resided there.

Mom was predeceased by husband Peter J. Reimer, granddaughter Kerry Reimer, and son Gordon Reimer. She is survived by son Grant Reimer, son Tim Reimer and his wife Mary, Gordon’s wife, June, 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and dog Tammy.

A graveside service will be held in Maidstone Saskatchewan at Maidstone Cemetery, on Thursday July 6th, 2023 at 11 AM.
