Truly, we shall remember Victoria for her vivacious spirit, the warmth of a well-loved friend coupled with boundless passion and altruism that knew no equal. As a light in both personal relationships and in her professional commitment, she touched lives immeasurably, extending generosity akin to rainfalls which nourish the earth. Her legacy will continue to enrich our hearts. May her soul rest in eternal peace.

Dear Carrie
I am shocked and saddened to hear of Vickie's passing. I remember her as a sweet , smiley, chubby, well mannered little girl when you first moved back to Lloyd and later as a friendly,, courteous, clever adult as she managed the co-op gas bar convenience store. She always new me and passed the time of day. I'm so sorry that you have lost her. my deepest sympathy.

I don't know if there are words to describe what a difference Vicki made to our family. She was like another Mom for Patrick. I will always remember the way that Patrick took her hand to cross the street the very first time they met, even though he had never done that for anyone else. I will also remember the workout he gave her that first day too. But she came back the next day, and stuck with him longer than everyone else. She put in a lot of "blood, sweat, and tears" so that he could learn skills the rest of us take for granted. Later, when I worked with families, I tried to be their "Vicki". Even though it's been a long time since we were in each other's lives, Vicki's impact on our family will last for years to come.
With love and laughter,
Lily, Gerald, and Patrick Belland

Sincere condolences to Vikki's family during this difficult time. I only had the pleasure of working with Vikki for a couple of months. She was a dedicated employee, a great manager and a better person. She mentored many she worked with and was the go-to person for advice. Her spirit will live on in those she touched.
Rest in eternal peace Vikki.

Her smile would light up a room.
Always so nice to see her at Coop.
Guys pumping gas told me she made them soup to stay warm.

Man, this is hard.
Vicki, you are such a beautiful soul, the room lit up everything you walked in, with your infectious smile.
I met you when Leah was in Daycare around 29 years ago. I never knew Leah was lip reading until you brought it to my attention. Leah and Jon grew up together, I met her family she met mine. After that we were like family.
1998 I got married and Vik was my maid of Honor, Jon was my at the guest table. Her brother John videoed my Wedding. We were inseparable. 2000 and pregnant, I was having weird feelings that day. So Vik decided to stay the night on my couch, must of been her intuition. Around 1 am getting ready to leave Vik propped herself up on her on shoulder half asleep and said " it's time?" Then said good luck and away we went. She stayed to look after Leah.
I worked for Vikki at 18th st Gas bar for awhile, Mel, Vik and I would get together for suppers quite often as I was also single by then.
Unfortunately I had moved out of Lloydminster, although everything I come back I guarantee I stop at the Co op to see if Vik is working and get my hug. If she wasn't there, I'd always tell the staff, please let her know I stopped.
Vik, I will miss you and your bear hugs. I always felt safe to talk with you.
Thank you for being my friend and sister
Love you Always
Christine Tracey

My condolences to your entire family and all who share in this loss, Its never an easy time losing someone we love and someone who loves us back. I grew up with Darcy and Vickie in Marshal and although I only see Darcy on occasion, I would see Vickie all the time at the co-op and would keep me posted on how the family was doing. Wonderful woman and friend, I will miss her!

I only knew Vicki from the banter at the local CO-OP stations over the years, and that was a lot. From the very beginning she wore the company colors proudly. I still remember the early days of the service stations and her commitment to all of her customers. Condolences to her personal family and of course her work family too.
