Trudell  Maheegun Linklater passed away near Prince George, British Columbia on July 21, 2023 at the age of 27 years.

Trudell is survived by: his parents, Sabrina (Valance); brothers, Jonathan Lewis, Nathan Lewis; sister, Gábriellé Lewis; father, Kelly Linklater; brothers, Jarrod, Wesley, Shini; sisters, Cree, Tree; grandmothers, Alice Jimmy and Christina Linklater; aunties, Brenda Brown (Barry), Chantal Jimmy, Laurie Ann Jimmy, Irene Jimmy, and Pearl Sutherland; uncle, Ivan Jimmy; on father’s side aunties, Chrystal, Mindy, Sharon, Shelley and Penny; and numerous cousins, aunties, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Trudell had so many family and friends that stretched from the east coast to the west coast.

Predeceased by: grandfather, Gordon Reitberger, grandfather, Joseph Columb; great grand mother, Philothie Linklater, and great grandfather, Joseph Linklater.

Trudell Maheegun Linklater was born in Saskatoon, Sk on September 3rd 1995. He called Onion lake home but spent his life and time always traveling and visiting his family and friends. He spent a lot of time with his family in Pukatawagan, Manitoba, he loved his family there very much. Trudell was always happy, smiling, and had a unique sense of humor, he liked making people laugh. He loved his family, friends, and was also an animal lover he especially loved rubbing their little noses. Trudell was always thinking of others, he was truly selfless and always willing to help in any and every way. He loved socializing with his friends, loved his ladies haha, loved taking family trips, loved to swim, and he always was ready for the next road trip, Trudell didnt like staying in one place too long. Trudell had such a big caring heart, he was very protective of his mother and sister. Trudell would always check in and make sure things were okay at home. Trudell was becoming quite the entrepreneur. He helped build and grow three businesses, a convenience store in flin flon, then added a gift shop; the next project he was working on was going to be a food establishment. Trudell also helped run a convenience store and fast food restaurant in Pukatawagon, Manitoba. He enjoyed the responsibility of running the business and working with the community. His love, his personality, his smile, his laugh, and his kind heart will truly be missed.
