Shelly April Lydia Lewis passed away in Edmonton, AB on October 28, 2023 at the age of 41 years.

Shelly Lewis is survived by: her siblings, Tania Lewis, Travis Lewis, Cliffton Lewis, Chantel Buffalo, Shayla Daniels-Lewis; 3 sons, William Lewis, Roger Lewis and Divine Lewis; grandson, Desire Lewis; and numerous extended family.

Shelly Lewis is predeceased by: her parents, Mary Jane Lewis & Alvin Clifford Delver.

The Wake for Shelly will be held at Onion Lake Communiplex, Onion Lake, SK on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 12:00 PM.

The Funeral Service for Shelly will be held at Onion Lake Communiplex, Onion Lake, SK on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 11:00 AM.
