Obituary of Arnold Jacobson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a cherished love, Dad and Papa, Arnold T. Jacobson, 85 years old, of Turtle Lake, SK.

Born on the farm he was the son of the late Miles and Stella (Bekolay) Jacobson. Arnie was a carpenter and framed houses and then went on to finishing carpentry and installed cabinets. He learned to play guitar (self taught) Chet Atkins style. He always had his guitars handy and played up to the last days.

Arnold will be deeply missed by his love, Ellen; his precious boys, Arne (Amanda) of Lloydminster, AB., Erik of Calgary, AB., and Brent (Tannele) of Redwater AB; his treasured granddaughters, Macie, Sophie, Parker and Aubree; also his sisters, Esther Jacobson of Kimberly, B.C. and Linda (Dave) Wunderlich of Calgary Ab.; and many nieces and nephews and cousins.

Arnold was predeceaced by: his brother, Kenneth; and sister, Verna.

Honouring Arnie's wishes, there will be no funeral service or memorial.
