Obituary of Michael Tetz

Michael Scott Tetz of Wetaskiwin passed away on January 13, 2024, in his 55th year. 

Beloved husband of Carey. Son of Gordon and Patricia. Son in law of Linda Hughes (Larry). Brother to Jayson (Melanie), Uncle to Brooklyn. Father of Kristen, Tammi (David), Brandon (Stephanie), Aaron and Emma. Grandfather of Lydia and Elsie. Stepfather of Chantelle, Devon, Alexander (Keeana) and Papa to Gracelyn, Madelyn, Lily, Emmerson, Theo, Aubriella, and Andrea.

Spending his career as a Red Seal chef and Electrician, he was a dedicated hard worker. He will be remembered for his love of camping, working at Christina Lake, and being a prankster. He was a true oilers fan and enjoyed watching a live game with his brother Jayson.

Although losing the battle to cancer he fought it with everything he had with Carey by his side.

A service to celebrate Michael’s life will be held at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 5012-51 Avenue, Leduc Alberta, Thursday January 25, 2024, at 1:00p.m.
