Helen Petrukovich of Lloydminster, Alberta passed away peacefully on October 13, 2009 at the age of 96.
Helen is survived by her two daughters: Jean of Kitscoty, Alberta and Betty (Paul) of Cranbrook, B.C.; ten grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren and sixteen great-great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jacob and Tekla Furtas, her husband Fred, brothers Walter and Sam, sister Mary, her son George, her daughter Anna and grandson Bob.
A graveside Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, October 24, 2009.
Donations can be made to the Dr. Cooke Patient Comfort Fund or charity of the donors choice.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Helen
