Obituary of Violet Lorenz

Violet "Vi" Elsie Lorenz passed away at Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on April 7, 2024 at the age of 94 years.

Vi is survived by: her husband, Hubert; seven children, Carol (Jim) Martens of Lloydminster, Barry Lorenz of Lloydminster, Irvin Lorenz of Lloydminster, Joan (Ray) Ollen of Lloydminster, Rick (Janice) Lorenz of Lloydminster, Loretta Lorenz (William) of Kitscoty and Val (Doug) Green of Foam Lake;  fourteen grandchildren,  Justin (Ashley) Martens, Kevin Martens (Serena), Brad (Melanie) Ollen, Janet (Demian) Medina, Jenny (Regan) Schell, Becky (Jeff) McColm, Nicole Lorenz, Jeff (Kelsie) Lorenz, Chris Lorenz (Troy), Dick Willcock, Troy (Krista) Willcock, Michael Laws (Angela), Megan (Clark) Zoski and Greg (Brittany) Laws; twenty one great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives.

Vi was predeceased by: her first husband, Alois Lorenz; six brothers and son-in-law, Barry Bittner. 

The viewing in memory of Vi will be conducted from McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 7:00 PM. 

The Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted from St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, April 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM.
