I have so many wonderful memories with this man. He was my hero. My best friend, and partner in crime. I don’t even know how to share only 1 memory. As a little girl I couldn’t wait for him to get home from work and no matter how tired he was, he always had enough energy to play pass in the yard, go for a wee bike ride or berry picking. As I got older I would spend my summers with him and he showed me all over southern Alberta. Now as an adult I still loved our visits and he treated my kids the same way, always willing to play cards or go dig in the garden with them. His stories were the best to. God I’ll miss you grandpa.
