Phyllis Justina Herbert passed away at Lloydminster Continuing Care Centre, Lloydminster, AB on June 17, 2024 at the age of 83 years.

Phyllis is survived by: her children, Dennis (Della) Herbert, Darlene (Gary) Hilderman, Debora (Robert) Ketterer; grandchildren, Charlotte, Kelly, Joshua, Jeremy, Matthew, Steven, Gregory and Timothy; and numerous great-grandchildren and extended family.

Phyllis is predeceased by: her husband, Dale Herbert; parents, John and Ann Bugera; and grandson, Justin Herbert.

The Memorial Service for Phyllis will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Living Faith Pentecostal Church, Lloydminster, Alberta at 11:00 AM.
