Wayne is survived by: his son, Thomas Terpstra (Jenn King);
Wayne was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Margaret Terpstra.
A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at the Edam Catholic Cemetery, Edam, Saskatchewan.
Donations in memory of Wayne may be made to donor's charity of choice.
