Hazel Margo Tootoosis - Crookedneck passed away at Royal University Hospital, Saskatoon, SK on August 21, 2024 at the age of 39 years.

Hazel is survived by: her husband, Joey Michael Crookedneck; son, Ryder Michael Crookedneck; step-daughters, Tianna Crookedneck, Kaylee Crookedneck and Taryn Crookedneck; mother, Janice Tootoosis; mother-in-law, Darlene Paddy;  dad, Christopher Bonaise; father-in-law, Elmer Crookedneck; brother, Corey; sisters, Charlene, Billiejo, Jodie and Fatima; special nephew, Creeden; grandchildren, Bashir, Amelia, Elena, Alejandra, JJ, Von, Lahayla and Paisley.

Welcoming Hazel into the spirit world: maternal parents; Margaret Tootoosis, Johnny Morsette and Lawrence; maternal grandparents; Adam and Lydia Tootoosis; brother, Jason Horse; aunts, Lori Tootoosis and Roxanne Tootoosis; and in infancy, grandson, Rayden.

Hazel is predeceased by: twin sons, Evening Star and Morning Star Shouting (April 2004) and River Michael Crookedneck (May 2019).
