Obituary of Lorna Green

Lorna Mary Green passed away at Wainwright Health Care Centre, Wainwright, AB on August 27,2024 at the age of 95 years.

Lorna is survived by: her children, Donald (Lorraine) Green, Rosemary (Barry ) Arnett, Raymond Green, Wendy Walker, Laura (Brian) Ferguson and Leslie (Scott) Deditch; grandchildren, David (Melanie) Green, Lisa (Tariq) Hassan-Green, Ryan and Eric Green, Brett Walker, Conner Ferguson, Colman, Bronwyn, Mason and Callum Deditch; great-grandson, Rami Hassan; eleven great step-children;  five step-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Eva Szablinski; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lorna was predeceased by: her husband, Pete Green; parents, Frank and Dorcas Hewitt; siblings, Muriel (George) Hamilton, Louis William (Billy) Hewitt and Fay (Joe) Nicodemus; son-in-law, George Walker; and daughter-in-law, Mary Meers-Green.

The Funeral Service for Lorna will be conducted from St. John's Anglican Church, Lloydminster, SK on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 11:00 AM.

Donations in memory of Lorna may be made to the Arthritis Society of Canada or donor's charity of choice.
