Raymond Douglas Jackson passed away at home in Lloydminster, AB on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at the age of 76 years.

Ray is survived by: his son, Rob Jackson; three step-sons, Dan (Hali) Nahirney, John (Jacquie) Nahirney and Gary (Carmen) Nahirney; five grandsons, Braden (Seanna), Tyler, Steven, Justin and Dylan; four granddaughters, Janae, Kelsey, Kaylin and Jaedyn; and several other relatives.

Ray is predeceased by: his wife, Anne Jackson; his son, Jason Jackson; his parents, Clarence and Mabel Jackson and May Ford.

Ray grew up in Speers and took over the family farm. After he quit farming, he continued to enjoy checking out the crops in the area. He loved to tell stories and to have coffee and visit with friends. He was an avid sports fan and always had the game on in the background. He especially enjoyed going for drives with Anne, where they would stop in small towns to enjoy coffee and a meal together.

A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
