In June of 2023 Des, Jay, my husband Rob and I all went to the CCR tribute band at the casino. It was the first time for our guys to meet and really for me to get to know Jay a bit better. It was a fun night (and apparently even more fun for Des and Jay on the way home, wink wink!). I had hoped we would have more times like this but life got in the way, as it does.
Des told amusing stories at work about her and Jay’s arguments, but she could never stay mad at him long, and she wasn’t shy about telling us how crazy she was about her man. Their love was one to go down in history. I’m so sorry Des and Serena. Hold tight to all the memories and lean hard on friends and family. Love you Des ❤️

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Jay was a constant around our home throughout highschool. He was my bother's closest friend, played football with him, and were roomates at the old farm house for a while. I knew him to always bring a laugh, and party hard with Trevor. I know his love of life will be missed.
