Obituary of Eva Topott

It is with great love and admiration that we announce the passing of Eva Edith Topott (nee McAuslan) who left us on December 24, 2024 at the age of 89 years surrounded by her loved ones.

Eva is survived by: her loving daughter, Lori (David) Sand, granddaughters, Alyssa (Ambrose) Firkus, Paynton Sand (Chase), great-granddaughter, Maela Firkus; daughter, Shauna Clennin, granddaughters, Courtney Clennin and Kelsey Clennin; daughter, Brenda Trask, granddaughters, Brittany (Max) Jorgensen, Stephanie (Tyler) Trask, great-grandsons,  Jack Jorgensen and Sawyer Jorgensen; son,  Allen (Laurae) Topott, granddaughter, Jamie (Dan) Villeneuve great-granddaughter, Sadie Villeneuve; son, Wayne (Connie) Topott, granddaughte, Kennedy Topott (Brody); sisters-in-law, Shirley McAuslan, Dorothy MacKenzie, and Joan (Brian) Gibb; brother-in-law, Richard Topott; and numerous nieces, nephews and special loved ones. 

Eva is predeceased by: her loving husband of 47 years, Bill; her parents, Ruby and Cecil McAuslan; granddaughter, Mackenzie Sand and Taylor-Rae Topott; sister, Beth (Jake) Martens; brother, Bob McAuslan; special sister-in-law, Lolamae Lubiniecki; brother-in-law, Loring MacKenzie; niece, Barbara Jean Gibb; and nephew, Lieutenant Justin Boyes.

The Funeral Service for Eva  will be conducted from Grace United Church, Lloydminster, AB on January 11, 2025 at 11:00 AM. If you are unable to attend, this service will be live-streamed at the time of service on McCaw Funeral Service website under Eva's obituary.

Donations in memory of Eva may be made to the Lloydminster Continuing Care Resident Trust.
