I was so very sorry to hear of Mrs. Hartman’s passing. My heart goes out to her family at this time.
Mrs. Hartman was my grade 2 teacher in the 70’s and I have wonderful memories of her gentle voice and kind, caring ways. I was blessed a few weeks ago to be able to share some of Christmas Day with her. We had a lovely chat that I will cherish always. My sincerest condolences. Coreen Newton

Our most sincere condolences to all Jean’s family. She was such a special lady, one of my Dad’s favourite cousins. The Hartman household was always a much anticipated visit on our family’s travels back and forth between Saskatoon & Edmonton …I doubt there ever was a trip that we didn’t stop in for coffee and a catch up. When all of us “kids” really were kids there always something fun …and it certainly was a warm, warm welcome. As an adult and young parent Jean and Ray welcomed us to stay over night when we had car trouble. She was a treasure and will be so missed. ♥️♥️♥️ Margie Smith-Jones, Don, Murray & Garry Billett.

Our sincere condolences to the family on the loss of a much loved and lovely lady. I’m sure over the years and now you’ve been told many times “she was our favorite teacher”. It was a pleasure to spend time with her during her time at the lodge - we had lots of visits about years gone by and she had a better memory about things and people than I did! She will be missed but never forgotten❤️

Pat and I would like to share our condolences with Jean’s family. We both have great memories of teaching with Jean in the elementary school. When Pat started teaching Jean and Mrs Duffy were her mentors. She will be missed!

Our sincere condolences to Mrs Hartman’s family. This kind imaginative caring lady survived two generations of Chisholm boys. We always felt our children were in the finest of care when she was their teacher. She cared deeply about the individuality of every student she taught and gave them a wonderful start. She was loved by students and parents alike. She is spoken of very often and will not be forgotten.
Know you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
With love
Heather and Michael
