To Betty and the Pollard family. A couple of my favorite memories from "the farm" was going to Pollard's on Hallowe'en for the homemade candy and the night dad threw "Sibby" over his shoulder, and her pouring water down Dad's pants and the water fight in the house. I will never forget that! Jud will live on in the hearts of everyone who loved him. Here is one of my favorite memorials: I know how much you love me, As much as I love you, And each time you think of me I know you'll miss me too, So when tomorrow starts without me, Don't think we're far apart, For every time you think of me, I'm right here in your heart. To all the Pollard family, So sorry to hear of Jud's passing. I have great memories of Jud from the ball park when I was growing up. He always had a twinkle in his eye and was looking for his next target to tease (which was often Shelley Roach and I)! He always brought laughter and fun to where ever he was. He will be missed by all who knew him. We were unable to attend his service but our thoughts were with you all. May your wonderful memories of Jud help you through this difficult time. To the entire Pollard family...our sincerest sympathies at this difficult time. Without any doubt, Jud had a huge influence on everyone he met, and left a lasting imprint. He touched the lives of so many. Let those associations and memories help you now. Two things come to mind when we think of Jud 1)his acceptance of everyone 2)his love of family.
