Hello Eileen, Iva and Joey & familes - Candy sent me the link wih the information about your Mom passing away. As I thought back many years, I too have very special memories of visits with you all, and of course that famous fudge. I remember as a young girl one of you made us some doll clothes! I loved that and really looked up to you all. Mothers are very special. As I write this I rec'd a call from Candy that our Mom was admitted to Stettler Hospital as she was dizzy and pulse was racing. I just spoke to Mom and while she is tired from being up all night, she sounded OK but typically, is still in Emerg and not admitted as there are no beds. Anyway, we pray she is OK. Thinking of you all at this time of your loss..Penny

Dear Eileen, Iva, Joey and families, I have such great memories of our visits to your Mom and Dad's! And I remember how Christmas seemed to "become" Christmas for my Dad when he received that box of fudge from your Mom. I haven't had to face my Mom's passing yet, but can understand somewhat of what you are going thru due to my Dad's death in 1975. It's hard. And it's going to be a long day on Friday - I'll be thinking of you. In a strange way it will also be a good day as the memories come flooding back - let them come. I have found with my Dad that the sadness has been replaced by all the good memories I have of him and his brothers and sisters. God Bless Candy

Dear Iva, Joey and families; I was shocked to read of your mothers passing. I Was Just admiring the 5 generation picture in the paper last night. That picture will be a real keepsake for little Mathew , of his great great grandma. Praying God's blessing on you all during this very difficult time.
