Kenneth Poppleton was the last member of my late mother's Canadian cousins. His mother, Harriet (nee Auty) was my grandfather's sister. From correspondence with Louise Poppleton I know that Kenneth will be greatly missed by his family.

I am very sorry to hear of Kenny's passing, my sincerest thoughts are with your family! I am truly sorry that I couldn't be there to celebrate his life. My dad Merle was a great friend of Ken's, they enjoyed all sorts of activities together, I remember going with Dad for visits out to Charlie and Kenny's place and bowling too. He was a wonderful, cheerful man who will be missed by so many, including myself. I hope that Ken and Dad are having a good visit up there along with all their many other friends.
