B I O G R A P H Y BLAIS: Bernard Joseph Blais passed away on Friday, August 1, 2008 in Lloydminster, Alberta at the age of 85 years. Bernard is survived by his children: Jocelyne (Dennis Walter), Nicole (Fred Lewis), François, Jean-Paul, Réjeanne (Yvon Fontaine), Edgar, Aimé, Bernard (Char), Lise (Alain Moyen), daughter-in-law: Lori, one sister Juliette, one brother Edward, many grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Bernard was predeceased by his wife Gertrude, son Bertrand, daughter-in-law Mary and several brothers and sisters. A prayer service for Bernard was conducted from St. Jean Baptiste de la Salle Catholic Church, Delmas, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. with Father Lawrence Agorchukwu officiating. Mass of Christian Burial was also conducted from St. Jean Baptiste de la Salle, Delmas, Saskatchewan on Thursday, August 7, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. with Father Phong Tran officiating. Music was provided by Karen Blais, Elizabeth Blais and Anais Blais. Active pallbearers were Joseph Blais, Daniel Blais, Adrien Blais, Jérémie Blais, Valérie Blais and Brittany Blais. Interment followed in the Delmas Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements. CARD OF THANKS We would like to thank Father Lawrence and Father Phong for celebrating the mass and prayers. Thank-you to the Ladies in Delmas for the great job of providing lunch. Thanks also go to all those who offered masses, prayers, flowers and condolences. Thank-you also to Glenn McCaw and staff for their assistance. Sincerely The Blais Family
