COULTER ~ Helen Ray Coulter passed away peacefully at the Pine Island Lodge, Maidstone, Saskatchewan on Sunday, March 2, 2008 at the age of 97 years.
Helen was born October 5, 1910 in Lashburn, Saskatchewan to Irving and Edna Carruthers. She became a teacher and taught in surrounding school districts, taking time off for her family.
She was married to Don Morrison in 1946. They raised their family on their mixed farm south of Waseca.
Helen will be sadly missed by her children: Marion McDougall of Paynton, Saskatchewan, Neil and Pat Morrison of Waseca, Saskatchewan, Allan Morrison of Lloydminster, Ian and Marj Morrison of Castlegar, British Columbia; eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; one brother Stuart and Millie Carruthers as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, seven siblings and four husbands.
A celebration of life for Helen was held at the Waseca Community Hall, Waseca, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 11:00 A.M.
Interment was held in the Waseca Cemetery.

McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements.
Donations may be made to the Twin Rivers Health Care Foundation or to a charity of the donors choice.
