Loryen is survived by: his wife Alice Duffee of St. Albert, AB; two sons: Russell (Stephania) of St. Albert and Bill (Lois) of Meota; four grandchildren: Sean (Rhonda) of Calgary, Russ (Karen) of Calgary, Nicole of Edmonton, Kirk (Erin) of Sherwood Park; five great grandchildren: Caelyn, Taylorsha, Teaghan, Morrgan and Ayden; many nieces and nephews; two sisters-in-law: Helen Duffee of Waldheim, SK and Phyllis Ochs of North Battleford, SK.
Loryen was predeceased by his parents James and Anna Duffee; siblings - Grace Gunderson, Isabel Kennedy, Edna Michaelezki, Claude Duffee and two infant siblings.
