B I O G R A P H Y
BYRT: Willa Margaret Byrt passed away in the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at the age of 67 years.
Willa is survived by: her loving husband Jim Byrt of Kitscoty; two sons: Clayton Byrt and his wife Esther of Slave Lake, Owen Byrt and his wife Michele of Lloydminster; four grandchildren: Kirsten & Toby; Nichole and Randy, Dallon, Delane; two great grandchildren: Hunter Zaiser and Mason Ehnes; one brother Les Bowman and his wife Dorothy of Dewberry; one sister Carol and her husband Barren Graham of Lloydminster as well as numerous other relatives.
Willa was predeceased by her parents and two grandchildren: Diana Byrt and Justin Byrt.
The funeral service for Willa was conducted from the Kitscoty Community Hall, Kitscoty, Alberta on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Bob Aldrich officiating.
A eulogy was given by Betty Evans.
Special Music Amazing Grace, was sung by granddaughter Nichole Byrt.
The hymns sung were How Great Thou Art, and Abide With Me, accompanied on the organ by Donna Eyben.
Honorary pallbearers were all those who shared in Willas life.
Active pallbearers were: Bob Hiltz, Earl Evans, Murray Evans, Harold Bowman, Brent Bowman and Wade Graham.
Interment followed in the Kitscoty Cemetery.
McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements.

We would like to thank the staff at the Lloydminster Hospital, especially the 3rd Floor staff. Thank you to Reverend Bob Aldrich for his comforting words at the service, to Nichole Byrt and Donna Eyben for the beautiful music, to Betty Evans for the eulogy and to the pallbearers. Thank you to the ladies for the delicious lunch that was served. Thank you to everyone who sent flowers, cards, food to our homes, thoughts and prayers and all who made donations in loving memory of Willa.
