The family requests that any donations be made to the Dr. Cooke Patient Comfort Fund.
At this time the family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff of the Dr. Cooke Central Unit for the exceptional care given to our mother and wife during her stay. A special thanks also to Dr. Chan for his special care. Thank you to everyone for their support and words of comfort during moms illness.
God looked around His garden and
He found an empty place.
He then looked down upon the earth
and saw her tired face.
He put his arms around her and
lifted her to rest.
Gods garden must be beautiful
For He alone takes the best.
He knew that she was in pain
He knew that she would
never get well on this earth again.
He saw the road was rough and
the hills hard to climb
So He closed her weary eyelids and
whispered Peace Be Thine.
It broke out hearts to lose her
But she did not go along
For part of us went with her
The day God called you home.
