Obituary of Myra Binnie

B I O G R A P H Y BINNIE: Myra Bernice “Punky” Binnie passed away in St. Albert, Alberta on Sunday, September 2, 2007 at the age of 59 years. Myra is survived by: three children, Angeline Joy of Lloydminster, Deanna and her husband Murray Murkin of Brandon, Manitoba, Estol Lawler of Minnot, North Dakota; five grandchildren; two sisters: Marlene Henderson and Mavvonne Kinsilla; one brother Clinton Plant as well as numerous other relatives and friends. A prayer service for Myra was conducted from St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 5:30 P.M. The funeral service for Myra was conducted from St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, September 7, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. with Father Jan Sobkowicz officiating. A eulogy was given by Deanna Murkin. Active pallbearers were: Luke R. Ferguson, Chance T.S. Heck, Chris J. Clark, Mike D. McCarthy, Joshua L.K. Schill, Austin L. Simmons, Lee Annable and Chris P. Cleroux. Interment followed in the Lloydminster City Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. Donations in memory of Myra may be made to a Charity of the Donor's Choice.
