Obituary of Walter Kuziak

BIOGRAPHY KUZIAK ~ Walter Kuziak passed away peacefully at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Monday, May 21, 2007 at the age of 69 years. Walter will be sadly missed by his wife Bev, his four children: Rema and Dan McKenzie of Lashburn, Mark and Joan Kuziak of Lloydminster, Lynda and Bob Campbell of Lloydminster, Phil and Amanda Kuziak of Lloydminster, nine grandchildren, one brother John and his wife Rose Kuziak of Calgary and one sister Nina and her husband Steve Gooch of Lloydminster. The service for Walter was conducted from the Lloydminster Stockade Convention Center on Friday, May 25, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Harold Martin officiating. A eulogy was given by Linda Campbell. A tribute was given by Mike Sidoryk. Hymn sung was “In The Garden,” and “One Day At A Time” accompanied on the organ by Irene Knowlson. Grace United Church Choir was in attendance. Honorary pallbearers were all those who shared in Walter’s life. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements. Card of Thanks The family would like to thank Dr. Paul Naudè, Dr. Ray Rogers, Dr. Gerber, Dr. Mark Chapelski, Dr Chan, the emergency and 3rd floor nursing staff and support staff at the Lloydminster Hospital. Also thanks to all those who expressed their love and support during this time. Thank you to Reverend Harold Martin, Irene Knowlson, Grace United Church Choir and Mike Sidoryk. Thank you to the Lloydminster Convention Centre Staff for the lovely lunch. A heartfelt thank you to all those who sent cards, flowers, food, donations, phone calls and visits.
