Obituary of Donald Sweezey

B I O G R A P H Y SWEEZEY: Donald Norval Sweezey passed away in St. Paul’s Hospital, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on Saturday, April 14, 2007 at the age of 89 years. Donald is survived by: his daughter Donna Sweezey of Edmonton and his sister Jean Stewart of Maidstone. A graveside service for Donald was conducted from the Paynton Cemetery, Paynton, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Ean Kasper officiating. Active pallbearers were members of the Royal Canadian Legion. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. Card of thanks The family of Donald Sweezey would like to thank Pine Island Lodge for the care of Donald these last few years, the doctors and staff at Maidstone Hospital, Maidstone Ambulance and the doctors and staff at St. Pauls Hospital. We would like to thank Reverend Ean Kasper for his comforting words, the Maidstone Legion for being pallbearers, the Paynton Seniors for their lovely lunch and to McCaw’s for their services. Thanks to everyone who sent cards, flowers, phone calls and made donations. It was greatly appreciated.
