Obituary of Robert Kerr

B I O G R A P H Y KERR: Robert “Bob” Trusdale Kerr passed away in the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Sunday, January 28, 2007 at the age of 76 years. Bob is survived by: his loving wife Lucille; four children: Barry Kerr and his wife Debbie of Lloydminster; Brenda and her husband Brian Cook of Tangleflags; Blair Kerr of Fort St. John, BC; Barbara and her husband Cliff Vert of Lloydminster; seven grandchildren: Neil Cook, Aleesha Cook, Matthew Kerr, Ryan Kerr, Heather Kerr, Tyler Vert and Jeremy Vert; two brothers: Cecil Kerr of Essex, Ontario; Gordon Kerr and his wife Mary of Ladysmith, BC; one sister Bessie Miloux of Regina as well as numerous other relatives. The funeral service for Bob was conducted from the Stockade Convention Centre, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Thursday, February 1, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Norm Laird officiating. A eulogy was given by Dr. Raff Sayeed. Active pallbearers were grandchildren: Neil Cook, Aleesha Cook, Matthew Kerr, Ryan Kerr, Heather Kerr, Tyler Vert and Jeremy Vert. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. Card of Thanks The family of Bob Kerr would like to thank the ambulance attendants and staff at The Lloydminster Hospital. Thank you to those who did snow plowing and towing. To everyone who sent flowers, brought food to our homes, phoned and made donations in memory of Bob - thank you. Thank you to Reverend Norm Laird for conducting the service and to Dr. Raff Sayeed for his tribute to Bob. Thank you to the Lloydminster Exhibition Association and to the ladies who prepared and served lunch.. Your thoughtfulness at this time, will always be remembered. Thank you to Glenn McCaw and staff for your kind words and compassion shown to our family during this time of sorrow.
