Obituary of Mona Kustaski

KUSTASKI ~ Mona Evangeline Kustaski passed away at the Pioneer Lodge in Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, September 20, 2013 at the age of 91 years. Mona was born on December 15, 1921 in Richmond, Ontario to George and Mildred Duck. Mona leaves to mourn her passing: son, Mike (Dee) Kustaski of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan; four grandchildren; brother, Lorne (Jackilyn) Duck; sister, Grace (Ross) Jarmaine; and brother, Tom Duck. Mona was predeceased by her husband Bill and several brothers and sisters. The Funeral Service for Mona was conducted from McCaw Funeral Chapel in Lloydminster, Alberta on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Eric Persson officiating. The hymns sung, "Amazing Grace," "How Great Thou Art" and "Shall We Gather At The River" were accompanied by organist Irene Knowlson. The active pallbearers were Donte Munro, Cole Kustaski, Brett Kustaski, and Kadin Kustaski. Interment was held in the Kitscoty Cemetery. The reception was held in the Kitscoty Community Church. Donations in memory of Mona may be made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.
