So sorry to hear about the loss of your beautiful wife, daughter and mother. Shanda and I graduated together and were roommates at a couple of different places in Saskatoon and worked together pumping gas at the co-pay. She was always such a gentle kind soul. We shared many good times, cooking, bowling, dressing up in costumes, going out or having girls over for appies and movies. I share in your sadness and pray for your strength. She will be missed by many of us who were lucky enough to cross paths with her in this journey of life. God bless you.

Shanda was my cousin. I spent every summer and most weekends at the farm as kids. Shanda was the little sister I never had. The most kind, calm and loving little sister a girl could want. I grew up with Shanda , were neighbours, and best friends. My heart is very heavy with sadness. She wrote this poem quote to me when we were in about grade 11...."when twilight draws the curtain and pins it with a star, Remember that you always have a friend. No matter where you are!"
