Nicole Collins passed away in the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at the age of 35 years.
Nicole leaves to cherish her memory: Her loving husband Jeff Collins and daughter Maisie; mother, Sheila Geddes and Lee Christopherson; father Don and Marilyn Blanchette; sisters: Jill and Mike Vany and Melissa and Sheldon Nasby; niece Isabell Vany; nephews: Heath and Hudson Nasby; brothers-in-law: Grant (Jennifer) Collins and their family and Derek (Geraldine) Collins and their family; grandparents, Pete and Vivian Blanchette; parents-in-law Barb and Dale Collins and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The memorial service for Nicole will be held in the Grace United Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 2:00 PM.
Donations in memory of Nicole may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute or the Lloydminster Regional Health Foundation, Palliative Care.
