Douglas Gordon James Eaton passed away in Edmonton, Alberta on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at the age of 11 years.
He will be remembered by his mom Amy (JP) Labrecque; dad Delbert Eaton; siblings Justine (Jared), Chiara, Alexander, and Savannah; niece Evangeline; grandparents David and Joanne Lowery, Lynn and Elaine Eaton, Bill and Joyce Malarky, Marcelle Labrecque; great grand parents Jim and Lillian Johnson, Mary Howard. Dougie will also be missed by many uncles, aunts, extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank the Jack Kemp Community School and Dr. McGonigle and his team at the Stollery Hospital, Saskatoon Kinsmen Children Centre, Snowflake House, The Lori Craven Memorial Ball Tournament, and everyone else who has been touched by Dougie’s infectious laughter.
The Memorial Service will be conducted at Southridge Community Church, Lloydminister, Alberta on Monday, December 19, 2016 at 4:00 PM.
Donations in memory of Dougie may be made to Snowflake House Respite Foundation, Make a Wish Foundation or Edmonton Pediatric Critical Care Stollery Hospital.
