Hazel Blanche Holtby passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at the age of 96 years.
Hazel is survived by: three children, Iris (Ken) Krysta, Art (Deanna) Gainsforth and Gordon (Sherri) Gainsforth; four step children, Harold (Mary) Holtby, Grant (Bonnie) Holtby, Des (Inez) Holtby and Myrna (Tom) Fisher; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Hazel is predeceased by: first husband, Norman Gainsforth; second husband, Jack Holtby; and all of Hazel’s siblings.
The Funeral Service for Hazel will be conducted from the Knox Presbyterian Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Tuesday, March 21 2017 at 2:00 PM.
Donations in memory of Hazel may be made to the Lloydminster Regional Health Foundation or Charity of Choice.
