My condolences to all Velma's family and friends. I spent many hours with Frank and Velma and Bob and Evelyn, we had many laughs and always will remember "little Velma" sitting on Big Santa's knee during a christmas party at Bob and Evelyn's. Those were good times. Rest in Peace Velma, you are once again reunited with your Baldwinton friends and with Colin. Carol Soucy (Carol & Colin Campbell)

Our condolences are extended to Velma's family and friends.Velma was a spunky lady. She was so good to my dad and we enjoyed our visits with her. She was little but mighty....I remember one of many stories that her and dad experienced .They were going to clean the eave troughs on the garage. They did not have a ladder so Velma stood on a barrel that they had turned upside down...the wood was somewehat rotten and Velma ended up in the barrel!!! Now how would my dear dad get her out ????Somehow they managed to solve their dilemma without calling the fire department!!!

We were saddened to hear of Velma's passing. In the last few years Velma was a dear friend to my mother. They would talk on the phone for hours. The thought that they are now together in heaven brings me peace. Velma continued to stay in touch with my father over the last year and they had talked a couple of weeks ago. May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared comfort you now and in the days ahead. Our hearts go out to you in your time of sorrow. Warmest regards Howard Torgerson,Sharon Torgerson & Eugene Nazarov
